Solid Ring Plungers
Due to customer requirements, there is a broad range of low cost solid plungers in stock to meet the Producers well specific requirements to help improve production. The Helix design has been incorporated in most designs as it shows benefits in deviated and sandy wells.
- Available in 1 1/2" up to 5 1/2" sizes.
- 4140 High Grade Material.
- The 4 Dimensional Helix turns plungers to keep them clean of solids.
- 120 meters (400') per minute fall speed.
Padded Plungers
Manufactured with durability in mind, the bodies are made in one piece. There are no threads, ensuring this plunger body will not come apart during operation. The pad material design gives superior seal capability that resists cracking and pad breakage.
- Will cycle through top profile in tubing where profiles are landed high.
- Available in 2" up to 5 1/2" sizes.

Brush Plungers
This superior design serves many purposes, the most common is fighting sand and solids, crimped tubing, and profiles that are landed high. The brush is tightly wound on its own sleeve and then assembled on the body.
- Will cycle through top profile in tubing where profiles are landed high.
- Available in 2" up to 5 1/2" sizes.
