Biography
Definitive Optimization started as an employee owned and operated service and supply company from Fairview, Alberta in 2009. In 2010 Definitive incorporated as a partner to Logan Manufacturing and Supply group, of Brooks, Alberta. Surrounded by some of the most talented individuals in the world, with years of combined knowledge and experience we are dedicated to benefiting our growing customer base.
Our growth and success are attributed to our drive and determination to become the industry leaders in optimization products and services through innovation and diversity. Our commitment to safety, product quality, and customer service is a core value, and we take pride in making it more that just a corporate mission statement.
Our combined divisions (Gas Optimization, Oil Optimization and Wellsite Regulatory Services) have designed, manufactured, and successfully marketed an artificial lift product line that is both cost effective and of premium industrial quality. By leveraging our extensive experience, our in-house engineering, our testing facilities, and our tightly controlled manufacturing supply chain, we have developed into a global service and supply organization that leads the industry in providing our clients with affordable solutions. We are also specialists in highly corrosive or sour environments, and our products are designed and built to handle the tough real-life conditions experienced in the field.

On December 11th, 2020, Definitive was acquired in whole by Tier 1 Energy Solutions Inc. The combination of businesses is a perfect match of complementary products, services, and the desire to provide innovative solutions to the oil & gas industry. Definitive Optimization Ltd. continues to operate as a division of Tier 1 Energy Solutions Inc.
